JOSEPH BRUCHAC |
LOOKING OUT
THE WINDOW AT THE GREEN MOUNTAINS
ON JACK KEROUAC'S BIRTHDAY AT DAWN |
no dharma,
no bums
just a few crows
wings like
the eyelashes of dawn
and despite
the warthog jets
roaring low over the range
training to bust Muslim tanks
the same old mountains
good
enough |
