POLLOCK

Flinging opaque splattering gray
Jack the Dripper swirls an energetic collision
Yellow speck abstract expressionist
Pours exploding mathematics
Onto a life size canvas
Convergence of violence and booze
Layers of drip, he gestures textured tendrils
Swirls monochromatic depression
Swaps brushes for syringes, sticks, and knives
Sprawls black and brown across his studio floor
On Spring Fire Place a Hampton barn vibrates
Lines of glossy enamel house hold paint
Unsettled he peels, he cracks, he flows
Controlled chaos, three dimensional jazz
We listen for the sound of a scream in liquid
Streaming his vulnerability
